THIS VERTICAL LIVING CONCEPT HAS TO STOP

Loft type concepts usually has double-ceiling height, making you feel that the space is bigger that what it really is–especially if you tandem it with floor-to-ceiling windows with ample natural light coming in.

We often see this concept in high-rise condominium dwelling units. If you’re a person who could climb a stair easily, then a loft type is somehow ideal for you.

The problem lies in air-conditioning on the upper-half of your unit. I am seeing a lot of non-enclosed loft rooms, leaving an open concept towards the living/see-through area–making the air-conditioning unit requirement much bigger than if it was an enclosed concept. Instead of cooling the upper-half, you’ll end up cooling the entire unit!

So what’s the solution if you have this kind of unit?

1. Make the glass enclosure floor-to-ceiling.

2. Add a separate air-conditioning unit for the lower/upper part if necessary.

3. Purchase a bi-level unit from us, an Ayala Land Premier brand. We don’t have this problem https://richestph.com/arbor-lanes
